After fiddling with old garmins and old tomtoms, a friend of mine gave me his [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
I never had a WinCE device and so would love to explore more.
From what I've read I can install iGo and other apps on it.
Anyone knows about it? When I connect it to my computer I don't see it's internal memory, is it normal? is everything done on the sdcard?chatgpt tells me I need xp and active sync is this true?
Let me know what software should I run if I want to have some up to date maps

Right now it is running Ndrive 3.5.26 and Portugal 2.13 2009.03 maps

For such an old device with lower specifications, older software would probably be better (iGO8.3 or Primo 1.2). Although, 300MHz and 64MB of ram run Primo 2.0 without problems
It is not clear to me that people use 3.5" devices today. You can buy a new quite decent 5" device on AliExpress for less than 35 euro
If you want to play with it and learn, OK.

Thanks for the quick answer. It is to play and learn, I even got a Garmin Drive Smart 76 at 15eur shipped from vinted =)
