MIO Mio Moov M613 LM — deleted internal drive, no SD slot, need help getting it bootable a

    Hi all,
I have a Mio Moov M613 LM (hardware type TATA3_5000 / project code N393) that I accidentally wiped the internal storage on a while back. It's now stuck going straight to USB/recovery mode on boot.
What I know / have tried:

Device still mounts as a normal USB mass storage drive on Windows — it's currently empty (no folders/files left on it).
No SD card slot on this model, so any fix has to work entirely from the internal flash.
Smart Recovery in MioMore Desktop requires the original install DVD, which I don't have (and don't have an ISO of it either).
Reinstalled MioMore Desktop fresh from Mio's service site — it detects the device but Smart Recovery still blocks on the DVD requirement.
I don't have a prior backup of this device's internal contents.

    What I'm hoping for:
I saw an old thread here (355933) where @janch helped another M613 LM owner without an SD slot by building a custom unlock package once they supplied a backup of their device. I'm in the same boat hardware-wise, but I don't have a backup to start from since mine was already wiped.
    If anyone has:

A generic file set / backup for the M613 LM (TATA3_5000 hardware) internal drive that isn't tied to another device's license, or
Any other way to get this specific hardware bootable again without a DVD, SD slot, or existing backup

I'd really appreciate the pointer. Happy to provide any info from the device (device.xml, version numbers, etc.) if that helps someone help me.
    Thanks in advance!
