    Hi,
Since I have a problem with the same model, and couldn't find any solutions, I post my problem here, instead of opening another thread.

My son has accidentaly deleted all files of the navigation drive. I have found some files in a backup folder, copied them back, now the GPS starts, but the folowing meesage apears after accepting the "Safety Agreement": "The product key is not valid. Please recover your Product Key via MioMore Desktop.". The MioMore Desktop 2 (the latest) tells me to "Please disconnect your device and enter the Product Key on your device.".
It makes no sense! I would like to restore the original software.
    Any help is appreciated!

    Thank you!

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
