Hello, my navi is Mio Spirit 7500LM, because my navi have problems with signal.

I got a patch to "fix" this but something went wrong while installing by micro SD

after my navi is done, now it says: Product key is invalid. Restore your product key to Mimore Desktop.

When I want to connect to Mimore Desktop it says:
Please disconnect your device and enter the Product Key on your device.

But I don't have any opinion on my device to enter the product key.

can anyone help me please?
