hi all;

Hoping someone has seen this or can offer a suggestion as so far 3 weeks and nothing from Garmin support other than "it's been escalated and you will hear something when they reach out".

Essentially I registered the device on Garmin Express, it came up with a map update...sweet so I download and load on my DNX. next thing I see if it replaced the stock NA file with European maps. Everyone seems stumped. I would have to assume it's as easy as them making the file available for the stock maps but they wont acknowledge anything other than there is a problem.


I have checked, Euro is the only map on the device...… anyone seen and ideally get passed this?
