Lost voice

hi,
I'm crising... I lost voice and when i try i have this message "sound(master or voice guidance) is muted!
I think that i tried all possibilities in Igo 9. 6. 2. 9. 483387 skin doupas v. 3 and in parameters of the phone Samsung s3 mini.
For the moment i have no acces with my pc.
If someone has an idea...

Second_reinstall all apk IGO/clean iGO folder
Ps.in right top skin is Quick menu. Short tap is mutet voice/volume<(')

First, "nearly" all was in Shakespeare's language. Only help was in polish too as you red.
And you are great. I put quick menu and i saw sound muted. After a long tap sound on...
It's look like that it was not necessary reinstall the apk.... I hope.
But why it was like that? It's a mystery.

Domage too, that this kind of manipulation was only possible with the quick menu
But for the moment the result is the most important isn'it?
