We don't need to install any .apk
And the voice posted is an ordinary one.
But in uploaded Romanian TTS folder you have Mihai and Ioana TTS voice.
I have Romania TTS with that folder, but only when I copied into INTERNAL.

so you say that for you Romanian tts voice works only from internal memory? (what path?) . i have mihai and ioana in the same folder as other tts voices (that work) : /sdcard/loquendotts
