the speed camera data category 1-5 is regular updates at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

all other data you can update yourself, you can either add data you find from other sources manually
depending on what country you are in you can find local data and just change the category number to what I have listed.
If certain categories are not applicable to you they can be turned off within the skin.
