Many sections are totally irrelevant for functioning of iGO. Under that I do not mean appearance and additions, but exclusively for pure work.
Needed sections are only driver related - [android], [rawdisplay]...
You should have a little to pay attention to what is written. In your sys is active line:
fullscreen=1
which causes the IGO does not start at all under Pie Android.

Boki_Srb ,Master of Igo Navigator YOU DID IT!! At last, tried your package and it worked.No idea what you did but it works on Samsung Galaxy A6 2018 with Android Pie 9 if anybody else is interested .This is my screen resolution:

And this is it ,working at last...I installed it as you said,but I put maps on Igo /content/map folder, what´s the other Igo_maps folder for?? Many thanks for your great help!

You didn't browse the link to topic, didn't you
If you have several iGO versions (few NextGen & this Primo, for example), you do not have to put content in each. Igo_Maps folder is common for all of them.

What I did - nothing special. It is my package, verified, created by all the rules, with proper sys, without the (unnecessary) extras, etc.

First of all thanks both you guys for trying to help...been doing some more testing but still no luck

In it are aliases of some old devices. My mob absolutely does not exist in list

P.S.
The last attempt, from me. My package. Just unpack (with latest 7-zip), and put "iGO folder" in root of internal memory. Try.
If everything works, then create iGO_Maps folder also in root of internal memory, then put desired [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] in it.

Of course, it can be used on other (much older) androids, also.
Edit: Works perfect on Android 10.
Tested also on Android 11 and 12 ... even 14, but it depends solely on your device (launcher, system restrictions)...

Of course works on all older android versions up to 7.x without any problems
(except on Android 8.x Oreo - IT'S IMPOSSIBLE - unsupported video driver).

Do not rely on information from the device, especially if it is Chinese no name.
Determine for sure which android is in it, use software like CPU-Z for Android.
Under the SYSTEM tab, see "API Level". For Android 8/8.1 it is 26/27

Considering that the package is "old" now, put/replace content with fresh maps and latest globalcfg
language and voice of choice

To download from this host:
If you are in a country that is NOT blocking access, use Chrome or Opera.
If your providers block access, use some VPN and/Or Opera/Tor...
And generally, in browser, use good ad-blocker, like uBlock Origin
