First, please check if your device does not have other folders with the name iGO - if so - remove them!
Secondly:
After launching the application and the occurrence of this message - please (without shutting down the message) go to Manager application on your phone, find iGO and-tap Clean Cache. Restart the phone and restart iGO.
This should help (if the installation was correct)
