in the place markers i have the option to clickon and select hide on map but there is not this categories of pois (fire stations, police, hospitals, city name)
in the servis displayed menu i have only (restaurant,petrol station,rest area and automotive) are all selected and when click on there is only 2 options select, select subcategories

maybe the pois are not corect and this is why not deactivated from the map ;

It won't be here? Settings/ Warnings/ Alert Points/ Alert Types
click on the icon and you've got three options.

in the menu /alert types there are these poi's (fire station,town entry,hospital etc.)and i disabled them but I have still shown on the map. there should be and in the menu map appearance / placemarkers but there does not exist

The Alert points and Placemarks are different things in iGO. The alert point is not POI!
The first comes from content/speedcam, but the second comes from content/POI

Look inside the speedcam folder and remove unwanted *.txt files and the speedcam.spdb file (SpeedCamUpdates.spud is the container of your own alert points).

At next launch the iGO builds up the new database from remaining *.txt files.

What I said earlier is that there is not at content/poi, ICONS for (fire station,town entry,hospital etc.)so that i can turn them off.

at highways it has extensive zoom out, until the enrance of a city. Which is the way to solve this problem?

and how we disable the freeze on map when we entered to a square?
