MOD for pongo's nextgen skin 32bit

Many small changes.
Increased the font (and removed the glow) of the roundabout exit number.
Increased the width of the tmc lines, with new ux width_road.
In speed limit icon I moved the number a bit to the left to look better on 3 digits.
Moved the turn restriction icon not to overlap with other icons.
And other...

Also for Greek friends, I made some correction to the tolls ux:
Two lines of text wasn't enough so I added a 3rd. Sometimes cost of tolls wasn't showable in large toll names.
Also added an icon. The icon pongo has in code doesn't exist.

Download again the tolls ux.

I had the warning distance to 4,5 km for testing purpose and forgot to change it to 2km.

Delete file width_road_320Mv5.zip. I replaced it with file width_road.zip

I replaced width_road.zip with waldek's width_road_x2.zip. I made some small changes in tmc lines on small roads to be more visible in zoom out.
