Its in the_skin_by_pong/ui_nextegen/res/the_dark
And corespondent text row in same data_ui_nexthen/providers
I know bcs i tried to add icons to kml ..etc but i dont succed I was able to change here.svg icon with any other,but not to add icons to kml,user picture your screeshot 3 "poi"

Also for your screenshot 3 you have to check poi_search.zip
