"QuickTip" is a part of icon. It's no possible to change it as if only to change icon. You can do it yourself.
"PLEASE WAIT" is possible to translate ... in futures releases))
By the way, do you know that the buttons and their number can be configured in QuickTip?

In the Lottery I always play a QuickTipp @Titanic52, not all translated german is really german. Some Users might not understand ''KurzTipp'', but QuickTipp

Agree, not all shoud be translated.
If translated than I suggest "SchnellTipp"
