I have set speed limit tolerance to Min. 10 km/h, Max. 18 km/h in the skin warning settings. Nevertheless it starts talking from the 1st overspeed km/h. Why?

But both solutions there remove the warning completely, I want the warning if 10 km/h overspeed.

Same problem here...
