What happens if you "Over speed" - I do NOT have any speed cameras around ?
I have the same set-up as yours - and before Pongo the spoken warning when I was over-speeding was in Danish e.g.: The speed limit is 50 kilometer per hour
Now with Pongo its in English: The speed limit is.....(without any speed!)
The route notifications is perfect in Danish - no English words here!

Hello Friend,
I compared the files you sent with those I own.
Although the language is different - it is assumed that each line of the message (the basic phrase is in English) should be analogical - that is, the number of message lines in the original and the translation should be the same or similar.
If I compare my (Polish) dictionary.voice and dictionary.voice from the latest Russian file (after updating pongo and arimi) - the number of lines is similar (I made the translation and added the phrases).
Compare your dictionary.voice file with a voice file (rus) that I send to you - you'll see what you're missing.
In my opinion, this is the reason for your problems!
PS if you know Russian - you can upload lik to iGO and check the messages (assume that the speedcam configuration you have ok.)
out of curiosity - did you install a new skin arimi? do messages work? - Everything works fine for me.

The second matter is the text format - you may have bad formatting of the text and mistakes are made when copying the files - then TTS will not be able to read the commands.

I will try Rus TTS, not problem for me, but I don't think, that problem can be in dictionary... When something is not translated, or not in dictionary.voice, TTS will read it in English, right?
I have also "my" version of Serbian TTS, in which dictionary.voice is translated from Pongo's Lithuanian TTS.
Everything was working with previous version of skin.

And for those who want to be enabled to enable disabling of the medium speed cameras

I have even tried that... Not working.
Then I have thought I'm crazy...
Because everything was like it should be, last to try was to delete save folder...
But, before that, I have done this:

After adding the_skin_by_pongo from post 676 there is a problem.
when it turns on "Correction of speed units" the warning does not work.
if you turn it off "Correction of speed units" the warning works but with a full warning km/h.
And one question where the setting is "disabled speed units in the "Speed ​​Limit"
