Second maneuver help
Hello friends,
I want to ask you, maybe someone can to do visible permanent second maneuver ux for default skin. If it possible with turn on/off in settings.

The code works... but there is the second maneuver always on without distance (mt Km).
Do you know how how modify the code ti have the second indication and distance togheter like in the picture of Premier2k8.

Very interesting, I tried it with the original iGO and it does not work, surely need a ux file.
