Thread: iGO PAL does not hear my sound when using voice recognition

I'm using iGO PAL 9.18.27.719974 on my phone(Lenovo P2, Android 7.1.2), when I click mic icon to use voice recognition, iGO say "Please say a command" or "say an address", then waiting for my voice command. But no matter what I say, there is nothing happen. It seems iGO doesn't hear my sound or MIC doesn't work.

what setting do I need in iGO or in android? Thank you.
