Thread: How to use tmc

I use nextgen basarsoft 9.18.27.717219 with 2017.Q3 navtec maps.
How can I use tmc?
For example, I have a tmc file from the Netherlands, when check it on device it's not red so i think its active.
Do I have to add something to the sys.txt file ?
I have never had a message about traffic jam, how can I find out if tmc is active?

When i connect to internet than i see that tmc work but i want use it without internet connection.
