Just to clarify...I'm talking about same mapchanger as you - gjamapchanger. As I said, using it as a standalone app without any problems. And no, you can't autostart any iGO with it. You can start apps which are choosen by the autor. Using it as a standalone app, you can change maps for all iGO's.

What does UNMODDED Israel has that UNMODDED Gift doesn't without any user mods such as SMS, mapchanger, logging, etc... As I'd already said "Unmodded Israel doesn't provide what you speak." Just because something is full of sugar and fat, doesn't mean everyone will wants to eat it. My point is, when comparing UNMODDED Israel Gift with any other versions make sure it's UNMODDED, not the "ripe" one. The word "better" is subjective, it's not better if I don't needs/wants it.

BTW, the three latest posts of 9.18.27.xxxx are UNMODDED. They shouldn't be compared to modded version of Israel.

Ofcourse, apps in this forum should be moded - otherwise, nonroot user would not be able to manipulate the content at least. If we stick only to "gift" and "israel", we will realize that it was originally the same app, with same source packagename, with same original features and same source as a whole - from israel play store...
...then, miksontije moded app in this way - added many licenses, changed name to "gift", changed install path to iGO_Gift, not changed packagename because that app interfere with iGO Primo israel app...
...and on other side, arimi moded app in this way - added only one license, give apps name "israel", changed install path to iGO_Israel, changed packagename that the app not interfere with the Primo ...and after all that, arimi and neos75 added all other mentioned possibilities which only increase the utility values of app.

After all that, please tell me which is the app, after completing the modification, better - one that has more features or one that has less features? Apart from that, whether or not we need these additional features, i want answer on question what is better - more features or less features?

I already told you, any comparisons should be apple to apple. Why is it too hard for you to understand that? I really don't care which is better, I really do care incorrect comparison. This forum is for discussing GPS related things but this thread is for UNMODDED (or minimally MODDED) and actually for NNG World.

BTW, all these so call mods about adding licenses and changing name/path are not necessary. The only "mod" that really matter are the one that gives "fully cracked."
