    Torrent Problem with 23.Q4 maps and iGO8

    iGO 8 (3 different 8.3.5 versions tried) on Mio Moov 300 is crashing with 2023.Q4 (reboot somewhere around POI init) if I have all countries installed. Just a few countries can be installed to launch successfully (much less than with older releases of maps).

    Primo (9.6.5 or 9.6.13) seems to work fine with all maps (on the same device, so I guess it is not a memory limit).

    No issues noticed also with TomTom maps 2023.Q2 on the same device.

    One version of iGO 8 is without sys.txt, on the other two I have:
    [debug]
    skip_eula=1
    max_memory=25165824
    reserve_memory=2097152
    cache=2048
    experimental_features="1"

    Any ideas about the cause / solution?

    Can it be the problem.
    FSP - Smart Route Profiles. When using FSP, do not use HSP! (does not work with iGo 8.3)

    FPA - point addressing - house number extension e.g. Anichstr. 6a or 6b etc. without this file there is only the house number. 6 (does not work with iGo 8.3)

    FTR - Truck Info - Information for truck drivers (does not work with iGo 8.3)

    or still have that

    . zip - Global configuration of countries (does not work with iGo 8.3)

    Delete and test

    Btw, in the past it happened a couple of times that they published an edition of maps that is not compatible with igo8. Nothing can help
    I haven't tested this release with iGO8 so I can't claim that's the case here

    Use TomTom maps
    Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
    Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
