Hi All.
I tried updating the maps to Israel 2021.03, but I get the crash after route calculation.
When the app starts again, it loads the planned route, but the moment you move, it crashes again.
I use Igo World, and maps 202006 work just fine.
I do not remember ever defining 'blocked roads'.
In which menu can I find it ?
(I use some skin which do not remember it's name, and even rolling back to original skin crashes as well)
** Edit:
Skin is 'Default skin mod by arimi'.
It's not the latest version (I did not update it for quite some time -- you know - if it works, don't touch it).
(Links to older versions of the skin are broken in the skin thread,
so I could not get older version, and compare the files from the skin I use to the files in the older version,
to identify the correct version)
*** Edit 2:
I updated the skin to 12/03/2020 (latest at current time),
and still it crashes with new maps. (Old maps 202006, work fine)
Moved out from map theme

I am not sure you are referring to me.
But if so -
I did not quite understood what you mean by this link.
1. I did search, and now searched again, but could not find the answer.
(I searched igo maps, and igo primo nextgen forums, I searched for the single word 'crash',
when search was marked with 'show threads' it returned a few threads, searching within the threads yield nothing,
when search was marked with 'show posts' it returned nothing)
2. Device is Samsung S5, Igo World 9.18.27.736653 from SD (under Android/data/...nng.../Igo_World/....), portrait, default skin mod by arimi.
I thought that the fact the app worked with map that is ~ 1 year old,
is details enough, that the app works on the device and there is no underlying issue.
3. If anyone can suggest steps to take either to resolve the issue, or to investigate cause,
it will be appreciated.
Yes, to you
The map topic is certainly not a place to discuss personal issues, there is a separate section on the Forum just for that
Visit the link, read the guidelines carefully, it will be clearer to you
And again, you didn't leave one of the most important pieces of information - Android version
Discussed already, similar cases, many times.
Delete the application cache and save folder (backup favorites/routes if you have some important saves )
Update global_cfg
If that doesn't solve the problem, then some of the files are defective.
- download from another source
- add files one at a time until you determine which one is problematic
I understand, and you are absolutely correct.
Discussing this problem on the map topic is certainly off-topic.
I saw the remark on the first message, and the reply on the next, and I just joined in.
(Will try to avoid such errors in the future :-) )
Anyway - your suggestion to remove the save folder seem to resolve the issue.
I appreciate your help, and quick response.
