Default Does iGO include junction views?

    Hi
[reposted as first posted at wrong forum]
I currently have a 4.3” Chinese Windows CE GPS Navigator running iGO 8 on internal storage (SD card slot is also available)

I’ve seen other software which includes junction views/lane guidance, does iGO have something similar to this?

Having such a feature will make life easy!

    Country: KSA (Saudi Arabia)

    Thanks a lot

    Really?

iGO 8 and Primo do not see fjw files, only fjv
If you use TomTom map edition, you will have such a view

    Will be trashed later ...

    Hi Boki_Srb,
I don't get what was wrong with my question. I'm wondering whether iGO 8 has such a feature.

if I'm correct, iGO 8 & Primo work only with fjv files for junction views, right?

what do you mean here with TomTom Map Edition? TomTom Maps or TomTom Navigatior App

    Thanks for your help!!!

If you mean TomTom Maps, can you also also guide me where to get them?

You didn't pay any attention to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

This is iGO section, isn't it. When we talk about TomTom maps, of course we mean publisher. In proper Forum section, iGO Maps, latest, sticky:

Before the next, absolutely superfluous question , read what was advised. Browse section and read.

I see. But, shouldn't that download have fjv (or at least fjw) files?? I'm really confused.
PS: I'm in KSA (Saudi Arabia) middle east.

Sorry once again if my question doesn't make sense. But for me, I'm confused with everything here!

Not much is offered here for your country, most of it is for Europe. And fjv files are rarely offered.

I saw you found maps , be content with that

Junction view is just a nice gimmick anyway , not more

    Hi @Golom
    I see.

Does iGO 8 at least show me lane preview like this one
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    (top left)

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

And do these also need fjv files?

    Thanks

    The lane preview works...

I make this screenshot with iGO 8 (8.3.4.142975) with only .fbl in the map folder, no .fjv or .fjw. the map is Kuwait_HERE_2020.Q2

Yes, they have been incorporating that into the maps themselves for a last couple of years.

I didn’t accidentally mention TT maps.
Both Line Guidance and Junction View works on them without special addons. Unfortunately, after 2017, I did not see their ME (KSA) release anywhere.

    @computexpert
In none of your images is JV, it is line assistance and HighWay Signs.

    P.S. Recommendation
I don't believe your device is that weak. Install Primo

If I'm correct, my device is 64MB RAM.
I'll search for Primo Installation (+recommended specs) thread here if available.

But, what's the difference between iGo 8 and Primo?
