WIN CE Igo Primo and Falc F-series strange satelite problem

i have a strange gps satellite lock problem with Falk F-Series (Falk Marco Polo) winCe device 480-272px

i have some experience adding igo on pda devices but this one is frustrating.
On igo 8.3.5 everything is working fine, didn't spend testing to long

BUT when i tried to use Igo Primo i cant get gps signal to lock to a position.
I tried igo 1.1,primo 2.9.6.5 and 2.9.6.13 and becker(9.6.13) with or without sys,
,only exe(no any .dll ), internally or on sd card, and result is the same.
i get recognized gps(port, baud), i get signal from satellites, some of them become green like the supposed to do,
but i cant get Locked position. No meter how long i wait.

Have experience with it, all igo versions i tried are proven working versions on other PDA-s(more different models and types)(actual saved copies from them for backup), so only thing is combination of igo and device itself(except igo8),
some google search advise deleting GN_NV_Store.bin
    GN_UTC_Data.bin
i had only GN_NV_Store.bin but no luck and file is restoring after 1 or 2 rebots.
so is it a mater of weekrolover? or something newer primo is detecting on internal storage(all traces of falcon navigation is deleted except ActiveSyncCoverApp.exe and games app folder
so if anybody have advice why igo primo wont lock gps position please help

    p.s. its not relevant but
also made to work navigon7.7.5 very slow
