I suggest you to try also with Primo 1.2, you have nothing to loose.
Also, if you're in the mood to experiment, try with Primo First Edition (8.5.11....), or even with 2.0.
I have some info that some users even had success with Primo 2.4, but it is heavy.

I don't know what SD card You're using, but if it's possible check if it's in read only mode.The system must also write on SD.
You've only a 64M RAM and a poor CPU, only iGO8 is suitable for a good performance.
My device is weaker then his (slower CPU, same RAM and higher resolution), and I am using Primo 2.0 :smile:
And I know for sure that people used even Primo 2.4 on it (low res > less load).

With any Primo version I tried no one starts.
With iGO8 in exchange your version @Spyder runs well directly from exe. I find another which was installing but not finishes this. Anyway also this runs from exe.
But no one create Save folder whatever I tried. Of course I checked protection. Out of device allow me writing, even in device but inside the folder iGO8 no. :ahah:
I changed the path for data in sys.txt to save in device the settings and accepted finally both these versions. ;)

Finally I've found from a colleague another iGO8 version with install as soon was installed everything works well with same card and also with same old path in sys.txt!!! :beer:

Thanks of @Theopsis I have got this iGO8 for PDA which is installing and make shortcut in main screen and save settings without any modification in SYS.txt.

Before install, clean any old installation in your device and restart it. I was sure there in my device didn't remains any sign of old software (checked everywhere).
After that just unzip it in an empty SD card (max 2GB in my case and of course populate Content folder with maps and needed files), insert it in device and follow instructions on screen.
Works from first start.

@Boki_srb the device is of one friend which asked me for help. I struggle to do this few days searching everywhere something compatible and when I see it running, I just give it back. :classic:

i have also the same device but Mio P550 and tried some versions...
@spyder version works very well and easy.... but I do not like it because does not recognize lyc files....
@Boki_Srb your version does not work... has problem the data.zip.
at start up try to load : data.zip\ui_igo9\320_240\ui\startlang.ui and inside have an "import"
"import "~/480_272/ui/script_override_480_272.lua" for an folder -file "480_272" thats does not exist... and crashed....
i can find another with same structure... if you have the original ??
Did you tested the one from post #16, for me worked very well?
