No Voice and Sound and other problem

Hi, yesterday I have updated, on my usb key, new maps located here:

I'm using igo 8 on dacia new sandero

I have only updated maps (previous maps 2016) and other files, in folders:

BUILDING
MAPS
PHONEME
POI
SPEEDCAM

Only files for ITALY/SAN MARINO/VATICAN/AUSTRIA AND GERMANY

First PROBLEM, when I take other route I always see the icon GREEN in upper left, icon of "updated", I have to TAP IT to see the updated route. Before I had no problem.

Second problem, I don't hear sound and voice, in CONTENT/VOICE I have italian file (paola.zip) and English voice. In folder CONTENT/LANG, files for italian and english.

The sound of radio and audio player has no problem.

In main directory I have a folder AUDIO with 121 audio files OGG and WAV.

Why? What can I do?

I have downloaded wrong files? I have also reset settings this morning but nothing. In 2016 I installed, and used since january, navteq maps.
