    Okay, buddy.

I gave you suggestions in your original subject
Why do all beginners think that the problem is only in sys?

First, do not open a new topic, always stick to the original. People who could help you this way will certainly not, because they do not know what it's about. And you did not leave important data about your problem here.

Second, learn how to use spoilers. Posting large amount of text helps nothing.

And finally, the sys file has (almost) nothing to do with your problem.
The only thing you should do is to use iGO8 for parameter detection - find port and baud. And to write that parameters in sys.
Also, those sys files are not generic. Where did you get iGO packages?
Then ask nicely people from where you took that iGO to help you, not here.

Btw, your unit don't show "one signal". It shows that your GPS chip is not active. If it was in function, the satellite antenna symbol would be illuminated. It's not.
This means that it is not turned on. Or is dead.

Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Spoiler: obs
Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.
