as new maps HERE q4 are live, I see that lot of other files except .fbl are missing for some countries.
For example FJW files.

Is it allowed to combine for example FJW from 2014.q3 with fbl q4?

why there are not files when they existed in q3, anyone have idea?

anyone have idea whats with buildings, is that abandoned project?
