    Another possibility may be the way the program is closed. Turning off the radio or the engine may prevent IGO to write the save folder first.
    It may help to close the program by the exit button within the program and a few seconds later shut down the power (either engine or device).
    This way the save folder is often written and closed properly, which isn't the case when power is lacking sooner than the write and/or close operation is fully completed.
