Perhapss @spyder or other helper can assist you with fixing a/o having the proper keyboard.xml in/with your pongo_skin...
My Q:
Do you have a keyboard.ini file in content > lang > lang_russian? If so, what does it show? (in English)

I managed to add the entire Slovenian keyboard to Luna...only thing i can't figure it out, is the Label of keyboard. How to add "č, š" in the name:
i would like to have "Slovenščina"
