- Serbian_universal_unisex_andTTS-Boki_Srb_v.1.zip
Hello, I use Dutch_universal_unisex_andTTS-Boki_Srb_v.1.zip
with Google text to speech. Works fine.
But on a phone without internet (older phone for navigation)
it works only at home when I've got Wifi.
Offline not working.
Somebody got an solution for that?
Thanks.
???
It's just a text file, it has nothing to do with the internet.
Your navigation software requires a connection. Or, more likely, Google engine for TTS. You have to download the offline package.
Do you think the engines in the second post are posted for decoration
Code Factory Vocalizer and CereProc have support for Dutch....
Thanks Boki_Srb for your help and attention.
I've tried Code Factory Vocalizer 3.4.3 and CereProc.
Bad point they work not good.
When they speaking instructions, the directions and disstance are OK,
but when speaking streetnames, they make garbage.
Then I get for example the following spoken:
backslasch apostrofe insert etc. etc. and then at least the correct streetname.
Could be iGO Primo (iGO World 9.18.27.736653 - 19.jun.2018) self be the problem? Does it need internet for TTS?
Works OK with standard voice without internet.
Thanks for your interest in the question.
I'm sorry, but there's nothing we can do about it. Only to wait for a newer release.Quote:

No, only TTS engine is responsible for pronunciation. And only google TTS require connection.Quote:

Standard voice is just recorded sound....of course there are no mistakes.
@ Boki_Srb
Problem solved.
Deleting Phone-me files solved the problem.

He is not "Golem" but Golom, and interesting is that I don't see your "Like" at their posts.
Edited your post to link to correct post.

Switching off Google text to Speech in App settings,
I cannot uninstall, then it goes back to initial edition,
switching on again and this version works offline.:)
Must have to do with new updates I think, the latest version needs internet.
Works fine, with the best and finest speech for me.
Not updating Google text to Speech anymore for me.
Code Factory Vocalizer and CereProc are working in Dutch,
but Google text to Speech sounds much better.
