I have downloaded the voice pack as shown in Post #83, however with this file it's also doing the same. The navigation goes "turn right onto phone alphabet sample PH backslash B r backslash RU phonim" I'm not sure what this Jargon is. Here is the audio clip of the problem; [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] after this is names the correct road.

It's not the same, problem are the phoneme files? Don't work with Android.
Delete the phoneme folder.
Or use another TTS engine
