I don't know if anyone can help me but I have an aftermarket head unit in my 2014 Ford Ranger that I purchased from dig options. The GPS software as far as I can tell is igo. I was sent what they told me was an update but it was least seven years old. I just need somewhere that I can download a map. The map software is a SD card that installs into the face of the unit.

If maps are on SD, the process is even simpler - you delete old maps and put new ones.

Aftermarket unit with iGO - for sure, software is not genuine. And maybe you'll have to replace it.
