Speed limits in Here Maps

Does anyone have a solution to the speed limits that no longer appear in HERE Maps for minor roads?

There is not a solution about this:

The reason:

The map, doesn't contains speedlimits for theese roads!
(If you don't see speedlimits , means you don't have speedlimits)

In the UK Tom Tom maps have a lot better coverage of speed limits. Might be worth a try.
