Maps for Garmin DriveSmart

Fellow members,

I need maps for two small countries, Qatar and Austria.
But I find it quite expensive to pay $120 For "City Navigator® Middle East and Northern Africa NT" and $100 for "City Navigator® Europe NT"
A total of $220 When I only need a small part of these two big downloads.

Is there an option?
Does Garmin have an option that I don't know about, or does any of you?
