Hello my friend and grats for your awesome site! I want to ask you a couple of question , if you could spare some time to answer me i would appreciate it!

A friend of mine will start working as a truck driver, and will deliver across Europe. The problem is that he doesn't know the roads too well and ask me to help him. He said that there is gps programs for truck drivers so he will have a bit help on the road. So i want to ask:

Which is the truck gps program.

How do i install it and which machine. I have seen that there are WinCE programs , android programs windows programs. I know that you install it to each gps machine you have. Which is the best 7 inch piece of hardware that i can use which is value for money because i have seen tons of devices.
