which one are you using frequently : Smartphone vs. Dedicated Car GPS (PND) ?

I'm almost only using TomTom GO, because of the price to update maps on the car.

I use dedicate GPS with iGO .

I prefer using the built-in MediaNav in my Dacia, but I often have my Google Maps running as well just to be double safe, sort of... Especially in city centers where there is lots of changes going on.

I used smartphone with iGo and Waze installed.
I used iGo for planning route between cites and Waze if I know there are some problem on the roads (closed or repaired roads).
Waze has the most accurate info about road situation.

Smartphone is always with me. Dedicated navi not. :)

I am using my smartphone because I sometimes need route indication while I am on foot and in this case, I can not use a dedicated navigation
