So the hardware on the Nuvi 3760T is good enough to support Voice command, 3D Bldgs., Terrain files etc with this mod? Can anyone who has done this on the 3760T let me know whether your Nuvi functions smoothly without any sluggish behavior? I am not sure whether the hardware on the 3760T and 3790T are same. Thank you.
Hi jakasmon.,
Hardware is the same. You can try the patch and get original back with original 37xx gupdate.gcd flashing.
yes, others confirmed the same.
Probably the only difference in hardware is that 3760 has less flash memory. Unlocked features work without problems.
And where is it then?Quote:

Can you enlighten us,who are not so smart as you ;)
I try to add OEM.xml in Nuvi Garmin folder and nothing happens,no oem.txt no html in Diag folder.
I try everithing correct parameter, also add for function TRUE,FALSE,ENABLED,DISABLED and nothing.
I try all command that i found in FW i also disabled jcv,la,speedlimit with logo.bin (add number D1340-00 this number disable all function)ant oem.xml wont work.
Anybody know how to enable speedlimit with oem.xml?
@lolypop000
Oh, you are so sarcastic.
These settings are placed in a part of flash memory that is not related to NVM. This was the message.
Yes,but where is this part of flash memory ;)
I spend 20 houers to figure out how and where to place oem.xml but wont work,no luck.
I dont know what i doing wrong.
I could not post earlier, but I thought it was another figure of speech as there is only one flash component in the GPS... :) One could say that even the boot loader and the firmware are in the NVM... LOL!Quote:

kunix, would you claim that the enable generated by the xml statements are stored in a different flash region than the other parameters that are in the NVM?
Welcome to testing my friend! Now you feel my pain... I am spending a few hours every day and much more on the weekends. If I had a 13xx, I would try to test with you. Sometimes, just a little missing detail makes it not work.Quote:
