I have Garmin drivesmart 60 with PCB 105-02873-00 .Is it possible to convert into a camper version ?

You need to compare the PCB P/Ns of both firmwares to see if there is a match. If not, then don't bother. If yes, then maybe or even probably but do a hybrid flash first using the original ramloader (boot.bin) and retaining the DS60's HWID.
