To add voices to JPN Firmware you need this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
You must also add the apprpriate .vpm file to your voices folder.
I have used JPN firmware in Nuvi1300 for deliveries and it worked fine.
Before Flashing back to US do hard reset a couple of times.(always remove voice and text folders as Loly Instructed).
After flashing you can copy back needed voices and texts only.
