Hi there can anyone help me, specifically i need help in step 4! ''In the above folder copy Ldr.bin . What is Ldr.bin? It is your firmware boot.bin you can extract with RGN_tool'' . I opened the program and I assumed that it needs something to be extracted! What is that? If it is the GUPDATE.gcd from .System folder, my device (nuvi 3760) does not have this file!!! What should I do?
open your gupdate.gcd with rgn tool.
Beside boot.bin click on save and you will have on your desctop boot.bin
rename boot.bin name to ldr.bin
Thank you for replying me BUT I can find it gupdate.gcd on my device!! And yes, I did all the steps which needed Windows to show the hidden files-protected files and still I didn't find it. Also, what size should it have?
