First i add screen shot then when i look in picture i found error Invalid connect time and i reasearch and found this in my GTMdata.xml:

Then i change 2020-01-01T00:00:10Z to 2011-01-01T00:00:10Z and Invalid connect time desapire
I replace today my old GTM36 for new GTM36 in store but again also new GTM wont work.On this GTM36 is original subscription but i stil have SYS 2.10 and BB 2.10 but you have SYS 2.20 and BB 2.10
So if you tell me how can i upgrade GTM FW i will try.

@Loly, the firmware, or part of them (upgrade), are in the RemoteSW folder in ".System". The format is .gcd or .bin. I do not know where you can find fw gtm36, but you can try to install that I have in my RemoteSW folder. Among them should be the fws, or updates, of the GTM I've ever used: GTM 25, 26, 36. I do not know which one is the 36, is at your own risk. I suggest first put these files in RemoteSW folder and connect GTM36 energized (before, remove your files from this folder). Normally the upgrade is done automatically. For manual installation uses the webupdater ..

The GtmData.xml is a registry, with ID, of the last GTM cable connection. By logical inconsistency accused error, by being impossible have plugged the cable in 2020. When you changed to a past date, the system accepted for being logical. Note if the date is correct on your gps. Reconnect the cable energized and then check the date that appears in the first line of gtmdata.xml: must state the time of connection. If keep showing wrong date, the problem is in gps firmware. It's worth reinstalling the gps firwmare..
From what I understood, then the screen that you sent is of the new GTM36, correct? This explains the original signature. In its place I erase all the signatures of the other countries, because some of them might be generating conflicting parameters, this can be a good way forward. Finally, do not forget to test this GTM 36, with original signature, with a Nuvi 13 or 14xx Series.Last edited by angelozip; 28th August 2012 at 12:55 AM.
