Lol, sorry to force you back to the IT stone age. Truthfully, I loved XP with a passion [other than the 64 bit version, it truly sucked for practical purposes]. Skipped Vista, liked 7 and am now a fully-fledged card-carrying fanatical supporter of Win 8.1. I sometimes boot into XP and 7 for fun to remind me how good 8 really is .... Take your time buddy [you might need it].
You could just try a direct copy of the data onto the other card, but i doubt it'll work because of the possible block-write protection on the original CF as discussed [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. I'm not even sure making a RAW copy will overcome that problem. This is another good free utility if Roadkil's RAW Copy doesn't do the job:
