Enable features in nuvi 22xx, 23xx and 24xx

Before doing anything please follow this and backup your Nuvi NV

2XXX series have some features, can be enabled.

This procedure in the 22xx series,23xx series and 24xx series needs an SD card.

WARNING:
Users found out and asked me to add it in this thread that nuvi 2495 ,and only Nuvi 2495, has a problem in modifying region 140:when you modify reg 140 Nuvi 2495 wont recognize TMC/GTM antenne.

Before patching you scan region 140 and save to Pc in two different folder,one for backup and one to change.
Then with hex editor change from 00 to 01 and enabe future.
If you want to go back to original just add your original region 140 back.

I added backup original 140 region in the folder \backup.
To restore the original 140 region,140.bin copy from \backup folder to the root of the memory card.
