    This tool has just killed the preboot of my nuvi 40 gps. After the procedure, I have just a black screen and the gps is recognized now as MT5331 unknown device.

    Please help!

    This thread is for Nuvi 37xx series then please tell us what you did for Nuvi 40 ?
