Hi I have a Nuvi 205w. I have formatted internal memory. I tried cure fw, but nothing…
…HWID 0827…
recently i purchased a used nuvi 205w and when i boot it shows its a nuvi 265. everyting works fine including bluetooth. i think this unit can be flashed with newer firmwares and can work fine. hope this info helps.
Nuvi 205w has no hardware bluetooth chip. May be it was REFABRISHED device? I know one refabrished Nuvi 1300 with Bluetooth. Bu ONE. In other - no BT chip.

Hi I have a Nuvi 250. I accidentally formatted the internal memory to NTFS. I tried cure fw, but nothing… LOADER LOADING... stays in the screen and its not booting, and after I reset it. it will not boot only the GARMIN logo stands a few seconds and then it switch off again. HWID 0834
And when I try to update with webupdater it says Update corrupt!

If you can get pre-boot mode, we can test my specail firmware for NTFS formatted devices. But i don't test it on 2x0 - only on 2x5 and higher.
How do i get him in pre-boot mode, and can you give me the link of your firmware for my 250 and hwid 0834

I formatted my Nuvi 200 and now my computer will not recognize it. I have a complete backup of all files/folders that were on the unit before I formatted it. I realize it uses a different file system, but I am hoping to bring it back to life. I do not know the HwId. Can I find it in the files/folders? The unit is currently stuck in the reboot loop. I have the Unit ID and the Software Version Number is 4.00.
Alex, I already sent ddabcd277 a direct message on Skype about this. He thought you might be able to help since you have revived the Nuvi 200 in the past. Thank you to everyone!
