I have Huawei Mate 20 X (7.2" screen) with Android 9
I got the same behavior after installation : Have to disable GPS in order to launch the apps.
With GPS Off: I can browse, simulate navigation with voice prompt, search POI.... everything works fine except
it crashes right after turn on GPS.

I saw that the new android 9 GPS aplications have new permsion that Streetpilot doesnt have.
"
android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_LOCATION_EXTRA_COMMANDS"/>
<uses-permission "
in androidmanifest.xml. Maybe this could be the problem.
Does anyone knows how to add this permission to manifest? My knowledge is limited here.Last edited by mmariolino; 4th September 2019 at 09:12 AM.

Hello.
J test latest signed Titanic_Garmin_StreetPilot_v2.33.apk my HUAVEI MATE P20 ANDROID 9.1 not work.
Every time when push butom icon StreetPilot 2.33 crash pilot.

no works in note 8 with android 9. no signal satellites.
a lot less in note 10+ with android 10....gif ":sadly:")

Unfortunatly same behaviour. But working on my Car headunit PC30 android 9. But there is no cellular, only GPS positioning

Today i tried to install it on Redmi note 7, android 9. Unfortunately, it stopped work when I enabled gps signal. Works only with gps simulation.
I"ll try to patch it to another path and inform you later.
