I try SPPC3.0 for SS Note Fe Android 9 still not work.
When run app it white screen.

Same with Samsung S8 android 9
If location disabled it works ,if location enabled it crash and stop

Samsung Galaxy J4 plus is just updated on Android 9 pie, and the same happens, when the location enabled streetpilot collapses.

After review a couple of Android 9 users experiences, it looks like this version works extremely well with Location Services Disabled.

Samsung s6 Android 8.1 look like everything its fine but when you try a search by address, you type the city, then the Street name and it crashes
