If first map is named gmapprom.img second should be gmapsupp.img, and
If first map is named gmapsupp.img second should be gmapsup2.img

*.unl files should be named as *.img files - gmapprom.unl, gmapsupp.unl or gmapsup2.unl

Other way is to transfer from Mapsource one map containing both, USA and Mexico.

in nuvis you cant have more than one IMG

maps can be merged with gmaptool.exe with a limit of 2024 map segments and 4 gb (fat32) address limitation.. to a single gmapsupp.img

gmapsupp.unl file can contain many 25 digit unlock codes if they are strung serialy--
