how do i instal l indonesia map. i have changed to .zip format already. and now do it put the file where?

i have mapsource and a garmin nuevi 205 series, but i dont know where to put the file. and what is the gps installation file?

i have a memory card, but a blank one ya. there is no folder yet on it
